We have found that many of these are not handmade, rather are simply made using a simple paper punch and are then passed off as handmade...

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Australian orders for all framed items generally arrive at your door with in 2 weeks. If you are needing them for a function that is sooner than this please let us know and we will Endeavour to have it done. As a small handmade business, we are unable to keep all items in stock at all times, and as such our lead time is two weeks.

Photo butterflies take a little longer from the time we receive all your photos.

Australian orders are shipped by courier and will not be delivered to PO Box addresses. Alternatively we can use express post.. We will notify you when your parcel has been shipped.
Please do not sign for the parcel if it rattles or you suspect it has been damaged as you will not be able to claim the breakage against the courier.

If you are not home when your parcel is delivered a card will be left in your letterbox asking you to call the courier and arrange a more convenient time.

International orders are shipped within a week of receipt of order and may take 5-10 days to arrive depending on your postal service.

As all orders are made to order, please choose carefully as they cannot be exchanged for in correct choice.

If you are unsure and unable to visit the gallery - we are happy to send additional photos or even make mockups and email them to you.

We have had occasion where we have been given the wrong details,spelling or birth date –as it is important to us that you fall in love with your artwork we will redo the artwork ,mount it and shrink wrap it and then you can swap it over in the frame you have for a nominal fee.

Colour choice is limited only to your imagination. We have listed the most popular colours & schemes below but with an interior decorator on staff feel free to pick our brains for advise.We have even been know to match colours to bed linen.
